Roman consistently provides exceptional customer service every single time we dine at Toledo’s. His energy, professionalism, and genuine excitement completely elevate the dining experience. He is attentive, personable, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Quite honestly, we do not enjoy dining at the restaurant when Roman is not there because his presence makes that much of a difference. He has a natural ability to connect with customers while maintaining outstanding service standards. Roman absolutely deserves recognition, promotion opportunities, and support in training other team members. Employees like him are rare, and he represents the kind of leadership and hospitality that keeps customers returning. ~ Lealani D

One of our newest favorite spots. Nice, simple and modern inside. We came late around 8pm, but were happily greeted. The staff was very friendly. Quite atmosphere, with a lovely bar on the side. About $13-19 per dinner plate and they were big portions. My carnitas dinner plate was FULL of carnitas and was excellent. My husband had the Chef Special and he really liked the shrimp. I also appreciated albondigas as the "soup or salad". The chips and salsa are good as always and the waitress bagged us up some extras along with extra salsa. We happily had a lot of leftovers to take home. ~ Katherine P

Food is good! Love the salsa! The environment is great, and well happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays from 8-10pm are unheard of! $6 margaritas and they’re strong! I’m sold! Hadn’t been here in years (and wasn’t a fan before) but was given gift cards a few months ago and decided to give it a shot, and I’m glad we did. Definitely revamped the food! And the drinks! Will be returning! And oh Carlos the bartender is very very awesome! Excellent service! Thanks for making our experience here great. During happy hour we had two appetizers and 10 drinks! (For a group of 3) and our tab was $80 great deal! Coconut margarita on the rocks 9/10, coconut margarita blended 10/10, strawberry margarita blended 10/10, jalapeño margarita on the rocks 10/10, mango margarita on the rocks 7/10 (tad too sweet) pomegranate margarita 8/10 (As for the blended drinks just try them! I normally hate blended drinks but theirs are so flavorful and strong it’s a nice refreshing treat! ~ Anamarie H

Love. Love. Love.....Love to order their Carnitas dinner whether at the restaurant or to go. They're absolutely delicious and the portins are generous. Love the friendly welcoming staff and quick service. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome!Love that their to-go dinners include chips and salsa in addition to your chosen items, just as if you were dining in. I don't know any single other restaurant that does it. That's why on busy evenings, I often order to go! Love their refried beans! Highly recommend it! ~ L. T

Great good food....they were in pinedale on Minerets...by the post office...same great food, less the Mariachi . Which I personally miss😔 3/24/24 Went after church the food is great I ordered the green enchilada shredded beef beans and rice and it was really really good rice was nice spicy but not mushy fluffy but not to dry the bingers marvelous chip and salsa good They have the hotter salsa if you ask.. ~ Rudy L

It was awesome we finally got to eat inside like real restaurant should be doing now the food was great everything tastes awesome the service was great I've always enjoyed Toledo's except now for the combination plates the soups are no longer included soup or salad and we went there for that reason we like to have with our meal so we ended up having to pay for it anyways but it was still good. ~ Tammy “

This is our place! Thank you Toledos for always blessing us with the best Margaritas. I've been visiting all Toledos since before their Blackstone resturant was demolished. Marachi Sundays hopefully make a come back! They have an amazing Happy Hour until 6 and if your ever at this location and get Jessica or Alejandra as your waitress. They are thee best. ~ Amy C

My boyfriend and I had the albondigas and it definitely hit the spot especially for a cold night! Both of us got beans on the side, his refried mine boiled, both yummy, it completed the meal! Salsa is always a little spicy and goes well with the fresh chips! I've been unsatisfied with this location and haven't been in a while but this might everything was excellent! ~ Britny M

This place has been my favorite spot for great Mexican food for years!!! I moved from Fresno over 15 years ago but every time I’m in town I have to stop in for an enchi-burrito. The food there is amazing and the chips and salsa are ridiculously good. The staff are fantastic also. I absolutely love this place and I wish they would expand to the north valley so I don’t have to drive so far 😂 ~ Tim B

AMAZING SERVICE. I don’t typically write reviews but I don’t think I have ever had that good of server. It was a very busy night and our server Roman G had most of the tables and still checked on us, never let our drinks get low and when he replaced them it was out in less than a minute. Our food was delicious and done super quick. It was above and beyond best server I’ve ever had. ~ Breana F

Visited for lunch and we ordered a green salad with grilled shrimp, combo enchilada plate and our appetizer was nachos w/ beef. Toledo's never disappoints as they always use fresh ingredients and portions are generous for the price point. Also enjoyed a house margarita OTR. This location also has a patio. Well, seeing as I need a translator for the menu and server, I'd say it is fairly authentic Mexican food. They even have a whole fish with head and all still attached. Not my cup of tea, so I ordered some of the best tacos I've ever had. My son loved the chile verde burrito. Had a 1950s movie playing on a projector, and a walking Mariachi band. Was awesome. ~ John

The service is great I was greeted by 2 different people, the people who serve and take your orders wonderful people. Not to mention the food was delicious! Plenty of parking and a nice bar. I've been to 2 other locations of theirs their food and service never a disappointment. Definitely will be coming back! ~ nancy f

My church's Women's group wanted to have supper here and I waited until the day before we were to dine there (not a good idea normally) to make a reservation for 15 people; they did not even flinch!!! They were happy to accommodate us!!! Everything was great!!! The staff is awesome!!! And prices are very reasonable! ~ Sylvia H

One of my favorite restaurants! Everything is so good and they are consistent. The staff is wonderful, the food has lots of flavor and is fresh, prices are great, and the atmosphere is very friendly. Fantastic food absolutely holding up to previous, indoor, standards and locations. The to-go plates are every bit as wonderful, they include their house chips which I LOVE and the only pico type salsa in town that I enjoy (no huge chunks of onion). We had an amazing dinner at the Fresno Toledo’s last night. Francisco was an excellent server ( all the service was great) and we loved our meal! The homemade tortilla chips are the best ever! Our enchiladas verde and sopas were delicious!!! Very generous portions and fair pricing! Look forward to going there again! ~ Gloria N

Met my cousins for lunch. I had pork carnitas. They were tender, juicy and flavorful, the best I've ever eaten. The salsa served with them was flavorful with a burst of heat at the end. I just had left overs for dinner and they were just as good, if not better. The home made tortillas were an added treat. Great job! ~ Sheryl

We came late one night and it was the fastest meal experience from entering the door to exiting the door. Not that we were in a hurry or anything but service was great and the food was out in what seed like an impossibly fast time. I gobble my food too so we paid the tab and were out before we even knew what happened. It was pretty awesome lol ~ Rick C

Second time here, better than the first. Best service I've ever had in a Mexican restaurant, almost fine dining level. Excellent Toledo's style food, like the original used to be. Order your old favorites and you won't be disappointed. Brand new, clean room with a separate full bar. ~ Glen P

Toledo’s is one of the best places for Mexican Food in Fresno. The restaurant itself is very nice, the servers are very courteous, the prices are great and they give you so much food! I love having breakfast here with my husband or dinner with the family. ~ Carolina L

Love this place and our server, Silviva was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She has a very bubbly personality and the best smile. If you go there, ask for her. It will make your dinning experience worth it. ~ Deb R
